Byond Reach operates as a marketing service provider, and our work involves custom strategies and execution tailored to each client. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations:
- You may request to cancel a project before work has commenced. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the terms agreed upon in the client agreement.
- Once work has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable if Byond Reach is unable to deliver services as per the agreed terms.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
